How it works

Selling

  1. 1

Film the inspection in your browser, one check per screen. A bike takes about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

Set your price and the lowest offer you'd take. Your agent answers buyers and handles the offer and counter-offer.

  3. 3

Meet the buyer at a public spot. They've already paid. Enter their release code to hand the item over.

  4. 4

Get paid 72 hours later, once the buyer's claim window closes. Selling is free.

Buying

  1. 1

Pick an item. Its grade and report come from the inspection, and the price shown is what you pay.

  2. 2

Make an offer or take the asking price. You pay once you and the seller agree on a meetup time.

  3. 3

Check the item at the meetup against the report, then give the seller your release code.

  4. 4

If it doesn't match the report, report a mismatch on the spot; once it's confirmed, you get all your money back. The service fee is $25, $45 or $75, depending on the price.
